The objectives of this study are to: (1) learn the effects of coyotes and bobcats on survival and behavior of white-tailed deer, and (2) compare the relative contributions of male-male, male-female, and female-female contacts to potential disease transmission among white-tailed deer. Herein, we report our accomplishments for Segment 43 related to tracking of coyotes, bobcats and white-tailed deer does and bucks. We provide preliminary and descriptive statistics of each species movement, deer contact frequency, and of cause-specific fawn mortality.
